for repaired or replaced products, the warranty period is calculated from the original date of purchase of the product.
Based on Article 6.335 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, we note that in the event that the buyer cannot use the items for which a quality warranty period has been established due to obstacles attributable to the seller, the warranty period is not calculated until the seller removes those obstacles. Unless otherwise specified in the purchase and sale agreement, the warranty period is extended for the period during which the buyer was unable to use the item due to defects, provided that the buyer duly notified the seller of the defects observed.
If the customer is unable to deliver the item to the store for inspection, it is necessary to agree with the seller on the transfer of the item for inspection via a courier service.
The warranty does not apply to information contained in information carriers.
Expenses for data loss or restoration are not covered.
Rules for caring for the stroller and general care:
Prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause the color of the stroller's materials and fabrics to change. To ensure that the material retains its original color for as long as possible, never leave the stroller in direct sunlight for a long time.
Always use rain protection when it is snowing or raining.
Never store the stroller in a cold and/or damp place to protect it from condensation, corrosion of metal parts and mold.
If the frame is wet, dry it. Before storing the stroller, make sure it is completely dry. Dry naturally, away from open flames/heat sources.
It is essential to avoid salt water getting into the stroller, which can cause rust. In this case, the frame should be washed and dried.
Be careful when transporting and storing the stroller, as its surface is sensitive. Complaints about scratches that appear after purchase will not be accepted.
Do not place the stroller on light-colored floor coverings for a long time, especially PVC or linoleum, as the rubber tires can stain the surface black.
PERIODIC INSPECTION:
Clean the frame regularly, dry it and lubricate all its joints. If the stroller is used in winter, cleaning should be done at least once a week, as insufficient cleaning will cause rust.
Wheel axles, hubs and bearings must be lubricated. Recommended every 3 months (clean before lubrication). You can lubricate the axles with car oil.
It is necessary to monitor the level of wear of the wheels and clean them of dust and sand. The pressure in the wheels is recommended to be no more than 1 bar.
FABRIC CARE:
The product must be cleaned periodically.
Unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer, wash the inner stroller linings by hand in water at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Use a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly. Dry naturally.
We do not recommend washing the outer stroller fabrics.
Clean artificial leather strollers with a damp cloth using a mild detergent. Dry at room temperature.
